Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care products, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every item we offer.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund.
